Welcome to the Primal X WOW training experience (Time to pay the man!). Here you will find a little extra short and challenging WOW (workout of the week) that will add a short and challenging workout every week to your current training routine, to use when you can't make a class, to help improve your consistency and fitness, with a chance to compare notes with your peers via the AGOGE & Primal X community. Every Friday at 0600 there will be a new workout posted in the plan, giving you a full week to complete the workout at your convenience, each workout will have a beginners, advanced and grease the groves level to choose from and may differ in time but will be less than 30mins long for those who are time poor. Communicating with the tribe in the chat group, will help keep you motivated and accountable and help all of us to figure out the possibilities for all levels of fitness. Some workouts will be repeated down the line in the seasons to come, so this will also work as a monitor of your personal progress as you measure against your previous scores. Each season we will complete 12 workouts, every week, over the 3 months and prove your consistency by sharing how you did with the tribe in the chat group. Complete each workout to your own ability: Beginner, advanced and greasing the grooves. Once the season starts members of this plan will have access to all the workouts as they are posted so they can be re-visited. This plan is free to Primal Class members and PT clients and each season can be joined for a one off payment, contact us for more details.
