This is the Primal Warrior basic training plan, used to build your foundations of habits, exercise and movement, set your personal standards and build an unbreakable mind. This plan works really well along side the AGOGE challenge 30 or 99 by giving you workouts to complete for the 1st 30days, which will assess your current fitness levels in different genres, that will help you identify how hard to push in future workouts. The Primal Warrior training group is not just about the physical body, it is also about creating a strong mind and bullet proof mindset. Each week will have a set of prompts and questions to help forge your mental strength too. Once you have completed the Becoming a Primal Warrior basic training plan and submitted your personal records, you will gain access to all the other plans in the online programs and choose a plan to follow to help improve on your personal goals and become even fitter and healthier.
