The Primal Christmas (New Year eve this year) group run is a free run open to everyone. Organised & hosted by your friendly Primal Fitness coach Barny. The run will be held on Sunday 31st Dec at 1030am at the awesome Lickey Hills, meeting point for the run will be Monument Lane B45 9QQ.

This event will be a group run around the Lickey hills and surrounding areas. No one gets left behind, yet everyone will have the opportunity to open their stride and challenge themselves through the glourious trail path and hills.
