Refunds (minus p&p) will be given for items returned to us unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All products can be picked up at your local Primal session.

Postage will be charged at £4.50 for 1st class delivery for items under £49.

We are very excited that you enjoy training and want to support our Primal Fitness brand by wearing our merch. At present we are making the bobble hats to order. As such turnaround time may be up to 2 weeks, although we do aim for less whenever possible. We know it will be worth the wait so please bear with us!
